As the company expands its activities, with agreements and contracts branching out into various countries around the world, the need to create a distributed network of local service facilities becomes increasingly clear.  These had to be connected to the parent company and equipped to carry out both commercial and support activities.  In addition to consolidating this extensive global network, the Customer Care office enables a constant, effective, and detailed two-way dialogue with the customers throughout the whole supply cycle, centrally managing customer relationships from the Group’s headquarters.
