The explosion proof conversions of area classified provide the electrical and mechanical protection of the diesel engine, removing the risk of explosive ignition. All Ex Solutions Diesel Engine Hazardous Packages are certified, with some having tri-certification to ATEX, IECEx and NEC 500.

Miretti offer Fully Packaged Engines from leading brands, certified and ready for use in hazardous areas. Miretti Group can offer Explosion protection Powerpacks as standard builds or customised to meet clients’ project needs.
Miretti Diesel Engine Explosion Protection Systems are designed, tested and certified to support the equipments of our clients. Available for all leading brand and engines manufacturers.

Miretti Group also has developed a range of Engine Explosion Protection Kits for marine and for industrial engines in compliace with ATEX Zone 2, Group I M2 (mines and tunnels), Class I Div.1-2 (USA market). In this case, the explosion-proof kit can also be assembled easily on the engine by the customer himself.
